Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use adventureagenda.property. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Tree Company

Adventureagenda Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Adventureagenda Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We give no warranty about the quality, timing, price, or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to help in your area at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial professional. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one job may not fit yours. Talk to a qualified provider about your situation.

About Cost Figures

Prices on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Costs shift with the job, the location, the size of the tree, access, and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood, and weakened structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Adventureagenda Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this website correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without mistakes.
